At Bugzey Collective, we offer our customers the very best shipping service so you receive your items in a timely and safe manner.

All items are fulfilled from our Bugzey warehouse in Texas as soon as we get your order. They will be safely packaged to ensure your items are delivered in pristine condition.

Some of our products are "made to order" which means that once you order on the store we will place the order with our supplier. This prevents any inventory we hold to be damaged over time if the product is not bought.

To ensure the best delivery service, we ship using USPS and UPS.

* Due to the pandemic there has been an increase in unreliability from USPS, therefore we have decided to use UPS as another option. While UPS has more expensive rates, they have proven to be more reliable than USPS.*

For customers that do not live in the United States, we offer Standard International Shipping calculated in real time when you enter checkout. We are working hard to improve our international rates, and expedited options will be available in the future! Depending on your country, import/customs fees may be applied to your order.
